This module refers to non-technical skills (knowledge, skills and attitudes) that everybody will need in order to perform satisfactorily at work and in society and are considered portable and transferable irrespective of jobs and industrial settings. These competencies are integrated with 21^ST CENTURY SKILLS, referring to a broad set of knowledge, skills, work habits, and character traits believed to be critically important to success in today’s world, particularly in contemporary careers and workplaces.
